Privacy Notice pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter also “GDPR”)

The personal data provided by the user through the contact form will be processed by the Data Controller in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency and protection of confidentiality set out in the GDPR.

The data collected are processed primarily in order to enable the Data Controller to respond to requests for information, contact or quotations submitted by the user. This processing is based on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

Subject to the user’s specific, free and explicit consent, the personal data may also be used for marketing and promotional purposes, such as sending commercial, informational or promotional communications relating to the products, services or initiatives of the Data Controller, by email or other communication tools indicated by the user. In this case, the legal basis for the processing is the data subject’s consent, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

Data processing is carried out using telematic, paper-based, electronic or automated tools and is performed by authorized and properly instructed personnel, within the scope of their assigned duties, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected. Personal data will be stored for the time strictly necessary to handle the user’s request. In the case of processing for marketing purposes, the data will be retained until the data subject withdraws consent and, in any event, for a period not exceeding 24 months, unless longer retention periods are required by law.

The data may be disclosed to third parties that provide services instrumental to the operation of the website and to the management of communications (e.g. hosting providers, email service providers, external professionals with whom the Data Controller collaborates to provide the requested service, data processing companies), which will process the data as Data Processors. Access to the data may also be granted to subjects who are entitled to it by virtue of legal provisions or regulations (e.g. public authorities). Personal data will not be disseminated.

The user, as a data subject, may exercise at any time the rights provided for under Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, including the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority for the protection of personal data. Requests may be sent to the Data Controller using the contact details provided in this privacy notice.

The provision of personal data is optional; however, failure to provide the necessary data will make it impossible to process the request submitted through the contact form.
